I love how the water droplets on the wasp's face serve as a magnifying glass to let us see even more of the texture there. Wow -- amazing shot! L/F

Artist's Description

I came across a small wasp nest on the fence in my back garden and spent about an hour or two taking these shots.
It was amazing to watch as the wasp busily went around the nest slurping up the water from the recent rain. After slurping the water up, the wasp then went to the edge of the nest and discharged the water over the side in the form of a bubble!
